![]() ![]() For SMA4:SMB3, using 2 GBA systems, a game link cable, and an e-Reader, the game supported various enhancements via scanned cards. The e-Reader would store a set of code, and play that particular game. The GBA e-Reader used packs of cards with "dot code" for a variety of things, mainly to play NES games Nintendo re-released in the card format. SMA4:SMB3 has functionality for a GameBoy Advance peripheral, e-Reader. 2, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island, Super Mario Bros. There are apparently some exclusive e-reader levels, but I haven’t reached those yet. There is the last game, Super Mario Advance 4, which is just a quick remake bundled with both Super Mario Bros 3 and Mario Bros from the arcade in this, nothing new. Not a bad game, but It’s rather bland, and hasn’t aged terribly well. Mario Kart: Super Circuit is basically a portable Super Mario Kart on the SNES. The other three games I have either yet to fully immerse myself in, like The Legend Of Zelda: Minish Cap. Its downright absurd and I recommend because it’s harmless, stupid fun. The micro games don’t always reveal how to control them with the buttons and dpad, but it’s pretty straightforward. It’s a frantic game packed with more than two hundred micro games, bite sized events where you have seconds to complete it by doing what the prompt tells you to do. They are fun to use and see, and the game is well written, to this day. It has the turn based battles from Paper Mario, but you get to use special team attacks called Bros Attacks. Superstar Saga is a great game, the first Mario and Luigi game. It’s an interesting game with some challenge. It could easily pass for a popular mobile game, but this precedes the mobile game era. It’s tougher than it looks the more levels you play. A simple game where you command a spinning ship, all you have to do is not hit the walls. It was only recently brought outside of Europe and available for the west during the Wii u days. Kuru Kuru Kururin is not a bad game by any means.
